Set a custom layout for the specified workspace

Usage: komorebic.exe named-workspace-custom-layout <WORKSPACE> <PATH>

Arguments:
  <WORKSPACE>
          Target workspace name

  <PATH>
          JSON or YAML file from which the custom layout definition should be loaded
