Identify an application that has WS_EX_LAYERED, but should still be managed

Usage: komorebic.exe identify-layered-application <IDENTIFIER> <ID>

Arguments:
  <IDENTIFIER>
          [possible values: exe, class, title, path]

  <ID>
          Identifier as a string
